The WrapAround Program provides a holistic service to families wishing to engage in a year-long journey of discovery and change. WrapAround supports families as they build a team of formal and informal supports based on the strengths and skills of trusted family members, friends, and the community in order to develop and achieve goals meaningful to them.

WrapAround supports families as they build a team of formal and informal supports based on the strengths and skills of trusted family members, friends, and the community in order to develop and achieve goals meaningful to them. WrapAround is a voluntary process and includes monthly support team meetings. The planning process takes approximately twelve to eighteen months.
There are three certified WrapAround Facilitators, including a Facilitator able to offer an Indigenous approach for those families connecting with their Indigenous culture. All WrapAround Facilitators are certified in the High-Fidelity Model of WrapAround and are a part of the Wrap Canada Training Institute, members of WrapAround of Ontario and Wrap Canada.
Support Provided Through The Program:
Families involved with Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions are eligible for the WrapAround Program. First Nations, Indigenous, Inuit, and Metis families may self-refer to Catulpa Community Support Services directly or ask to be referred through a First Nations, Metis, and Inuit (FNMI) Facilitator.
There is no fee for eligible families within the WrapAround Program.
Referral to the process is only facilitated through Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions, with the exception of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis families, who may self-refer to Catulpa Community Support Services directly or ask to be referred through an involved FNMI agency.
